The Canada Workers Benefit is a refundable tax credit: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/child-family-benefits/canada-workers-benefit.html and therefore is analogous to a tax refund, so they are treated like tax refunds in a bankruptcy.

We received a decent number of the ACWB cheques from CRA at the end of July.
